I like the concept. Need to make Conor in the back a little bigger and more to center.

Also, there are many better photos of Floyd than the one you selected. The one you chose looks like he's settled an alimony case with an ex-wife.

-The fonts you used are all over the place (no uniformity), plus badly chosen fonts IMO.
-Floyd's head on the photo is way smaller than Conor's. Make them both the same size.
-Both heads should be higher and bigger.
-The logos are low quality.
-Logos at the bottom are poorly aligned. Margins left and right are different, middle logo doesn't look centered.
-Logos at the bottom are too big and doesn't look good that they are two different colours. The money team logo would look better if it wasn't in negative space too.
