Lol yeah, that’s the thing with me, I get distracted by another task and forget what I was doing before it.

That's generally only part of it from my experience.

The discipline part more is about just leaving stuff to later thinking you will get to it later and not forget. Leaving stuff around sitting put down in random locations assuming again you will remember later where you put it that ends up in endless searches of 'where did i put my phone', 'my glasses', ' my keys', etc.
