Seeing as the general incidence of rape in Germany is 9/100,000 vs the general incidence if the US which is 28/100,000?

If you are REALLY upset about under reported incidence of rape, it is clear you should be IRATE, literally shaking at the right wing media which is plainly deflecting attention away from the FACT that the rate rape in the US is three times the rate rape in Germany.
