As some of you might now, my GF and I did SS together. She likes Sherdog a lot (always laughs at the gym idiots and she loves the mature and serious advice you can get in S&C)

Now, because of this, she wants to keep a diet log here. To get advice and to keep a log for herself to see how much cal she is getting in + to reach her goal to lose bodyfat.

From now on, it's her in this LOG under my account!

Be nice to her guys and girls. I love her to death!
 
Hi guys,

So as promised below what I had to eat today. 4 days of vacation left so I started with lunch!

Lunch: 400 ml greek yoghurt with blueberrys
2 whole wheat crackers with chicken
1 glass of milk
calories: +/- 700

Second lunch: 3 baked eggs with bacon + 1 glass of milk
calories: +/- 500

Snack: Small smoothie
calories: +/- 100

Diner: My salmon smelled funny so unfortunately I only had peas
Desert was 250 ml quark with honey and a handfull of nuts
calories: +/- 250

Snack: 2 protein bars (because they are new and I didn't look at the calories, my
bad! and a protein shake
calories: I am ashamed to say about 700

So after writing it down i have to keep myself accountable. I am supposed to eat about 1500 calories on high carb days and I had 2200 calories.

I will do better tomorrow! I swear!
