Need help remembering a song

This one is probably a long shot since it is kind of obscure, but I am trying to remember a Euro hip hop/dance song from the early to mid 90's about drug addiction. There was a video for it and a girl sang the hook. I remember the title of the song being kind of cliche, but for the life of me I cannot find it.

Song about drug addiction. Guy rapping and a girl singing the chorus. There was a video for it. Only other real info was I think the rapper was an American Gulf War vet. Honestly if I had more info I would likely be able to figure it out myself.

Found it. I remember liking the song more when I first heard it. Now its kind of meh.



Now I remember I was looking for songs by the band Strung Out when I stumbled on it.
