Which takedown defense is worse?

Serious question. I really like both, I just want to see what people of sherdog think. Both got nice judo trips but its not rare to see them fighting from their back because of very good BJJ skills. Also they both are tall and skinny fat at once somethimes and we know its much harder to takedown someone stocky like Woodley/Romero.


Tell me what you think guys.

hard to tell really.

Nick has a takedown defence of 60%. Nate has a takedown defence of 45%. I do believe Nate has faced stiffer competition tho and i personally think he is the better fighter of the two.

They both had fought excellent wrestlers in their time. Hard to say. Neither really has great takedown defense. But I still can't believe Nick lost to Diego Sanchez.

Both guys have the same style and similar flaws.

In my opinion I still think Nick Diaz is a better fighter. That's what a lot of people thought up until Nate fought Conor and got super hyped up.
