This the time year when I wake up soakered sweaty.
It's cool in bedroom, nice warm blankets, but sweatingly getting no matter me do.

Any does you sherbros same same do in the night? How do stop
Hep meh, hep meh

Are you over weight?
Nope.
It ain't fat, if anything I'm too thin.

Hunker me down in my nice clean bankees,
And soon I'm asleep right after spankies.
I wake up all wet
Soaking in sweat
Somebody tell me how to stop it from happening because it's kind of aggravating please

I used to get that periodically. If you are sleeping deeper than normal you are less likely to adjust.

I sweat a lot at nights when I quit drinking. Then I start drinking again and the night sweats disappear. If anything, that tells me that I should continue drinking, cuz having night sweats is a sign of being unhealthy.

I wonders if it's related to uninterrupted sleep. I do wake up a lot and not from the sweats.

Thing is, once it happens, you can't get back in the zone. Too chilly from the sweats, can't shiver up against the gf because punching, and my armpits stink

It's been happening to me almost every night for the past two months too. I fucking hate all the extra laundry I do because I have to change in the middle of the night

This happened to me when I used to run Tren. I’d go through a couple t-shirts a night. TS, if you’re not on Tren, I have no advice for you.

Exactly the same thing with me. My guess is that being thin, we need more coverage to feel warm and comfortable enough to sleep, but having less fat we radiate more heat (because of our lack of insulation) making the actual environment around our skin warmer than someone with more fat.

I like it, well articulated.

i think these are The Last Jedi PTSD reactions, you what this means right, law suit

Guilt is killing you, or it could be holiday snacking.

Your room is too cold. It makes you put on extra blankets to warm up but you don't realize that as you relax and fall asleep, you won't be conscious to remove the layers when you get too hot.

Have you ever come inside from the cold and plop down in front of the heater or fireplace to warm up? Eventually, you'll be warm enough to move away from the heater/fireplace but imagine you feel asleep right in front of it and you're laying right next to that kind of heat for hours.

I had that issue once it ended up being an infection on my elbow
