Non-Combat sports with beneficial aspects.

Football helped me with my standup grappling. Salsa dancing helped with my footwork in every aspect and the coordination. For the street, though, track and field is the best. The 400m dash beats the street fighter, unless you're unfortunately in a restroom stall
 
Football helped with the standup wrestling and constant physicality. Being used to measure your strength against huge and aggressive guys on the line was also beneficial. I believe the strength and conditioning from football helped me the most, though.
