NSAC Outcome: Predict Khabib's punishment

Nashville Brawl (Strikeforce, 2010)
- Strikeforce welterweight champion Diaz, lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez, middleweight champion Jake Shields, and middleweight Jason “Mayhem” Miller are four of six individuals who were handed down three-month suspensions and $5,000-$7,500 fines for their participation in an in-cage brawl that erupted after an April 17 event in Nashville, Tenn.

Las Vegas Brawl (UFC 178: Jones vs Cormier)
- On September 23, 2014, Jones was fined $50,000 fine and was ordered to undergo 40 hours of community service by the Nevada Athletic Commission.

Unfortunately this was the biggest fight in UFC history so the sanctions might be a bit higher.

Sidenote:
The hardcore fans should consider Jones vs Cormier P4P #1 and #2 at the time, and maybe even today, a bigger fight.

Prediction:
Khabib will be suspended for six months and will be fined 20% of his purse ($400,000).

NSAC will decline to give location

Reading this entire thread only makes it clear why all the yellow card posters got yellow cards. Sad.......
YES !!!!!!! exactly my thoughts for SOME of the yellow-card folk. One in particular. Ho hum.

My guess is that he'll get 1 year and will lose 25% of his fight purse.

Frankly, I could give 2 fucks though, regarding a NSAC suspension. He can headline a card in another state like CA or NY and the event will do just fine.

I'm more concerned about his ability to get a visa for travel to the US following this incident.

I'm predicting a 6 month suspension so he can fight just before Ramadan. I'd expect a hefty fine, hopefully not over 20% though. Jumping the cage and fighting in the crowd would probably be seen as worse than teams brawling in the cage. I wonder if the governor being rushed out will have any affect on this or whether that was just hype.

NSAC suspension for no less than 6 months, cannot reapply for a license until the allotted time expires.

One hundred thousand dollar fine to be paid to a charity of Khabib’s liking.

No less than 3 days institutionalized intensive therapy predicated around understanding the cycle of bullying and how liberal/progressive ideas can empower Khabib. He needs to sprout wings to rise above the negativity and enabling he’s experienced since an adolescent age.

The curriculum should be conducted at the University of Cal Berkeley, an institution known for creating level headed, mature, and open minded young adults since the 60’s.

This will remedy Khabib’s anti-social behavior and maybe he will see the wrong in the barbaric way his culture treats women. If Khabib understands Bullying and furthermore why his association with AKA has taught him negative sociopathic behavior, he can be rehabilitated. Also of note, due to his training time in America with AKA, and the poor example POTUS has set for everyone only drives and reinforces the negative behavior. In the grand scheme of things Khabib needs to understand that he was actually the victim during this unfortunate and horrific circumstance.
  • Power or control issues: Being in a position of power can make it easier for some people to bully others. It may also make people prone to bullying if using their power to control others rather than to lead them makes them feel better about themselves. The UFC and AKA clearly put Khabib in this position, they failed him.
  • Family history: Children who are not nurtured or who are neglected within their families may develop bullying behavior. Overly harsh parenting styles may also teach children that bullying others is okay. Khabib’s father also has some blame to bear in this.
  • Problems socializing: Not being well-socialized can cause people to bully others at any age. People who bully for this reason may be deeply insecure about their own social skills or ability to interact with others, causing them to lash out. If AKA had taken the initiative to have the entire team learn to speak Russian this could’ve prevented, Khabib’s lack of socialization.
  • Jealousy: People who feel resentful or jealous of those who possess a job, wealth, or power they do not have may cause them bully that person. The bullied person may be at increased risk if they appear to be “mild-mannered”. WME/Dana/Conor are all to blame here with their blatant and foul display cock gobbling each other and favoritism.
  • Culture: Cultures that promote dominating others or gaining power may encourage people to resort to bullying behavior in order to “win.” Khabib cannot help this, it’s part of how he grew up, fighting bears at adolescence and learning the goal is to dominate can have negative results, thus its not his fault.
Khabib was the victim of a corrupt system and greedy corporations, everyone from the AC, to the promotion, journalist, media, forums, even Conor Jack McGregor Jr. needs to be held accountable for the disgusting display we saw prior to and after UFC 229. Khabib needs to know his rights, as a Muslim foreigner without solid ties to the US he actually has more rights than most citizens. Khabib also has the availability of civil rights attorneys who will take his case pro bono due to his victimhood and religion (although being a white male may disqualify him)

Below is a young man @ University of Cal Berkeley going through intensive resistance therapy, he was a US Marine suffering from an inability to adjust after coming home from conflict. After only a few days he made great strides and now gets physically ill when he sees violence, opposing sex couples, or people standing for the anthem.

3-6 months + 200k fine + 40hrs community service, most of the guys involved in the brawl are not US citizens, does that count for something Visa related? Danis is, but he wasnt really involved as he was the "victim".

They'll make him watch movies
