Back Squat: Finally hit an improvement since the start of the competition. Failed at 455, that would have been an alltime PR by 10lbs. Knee sleeves and the Altus.

Bench Press: Went for 320 today, I think I would have locked out, the only problem is some hero decided to come to my rescue as I was inching the bar up. I'll get the video next time I upload at home, it is very funny. The guy said he didn't help, but he ruined it either way. We decided that from now on we will do our recordings from a spotters position to prevent any other lost PR's. Wristbands and knee sleeves.

Back Squat: Tied my all time PR, from about 5 years ago, with 455. I hate lifting in the mornings and I got next to no sleep the night before, so I was very happy with this. Did some extra work at the end with quarter reps. Knee sleeves on all sets, Altus for 445.

Tried to see what I could handle with squats and front squats. Got to 275 and 225 with each, back felt like shit so I stopped.

Did some arms and situps.
 
Went to the chiropractor on Tuesday and got adjusted. He is a friend of a friend so I might be able to get away with skipping my co-pay depending on how the insurance works, typically I have great coverage for just about everything. Back is still sore from when I tweaked it last Saturday.

Push Jerk: Restarted back to week 1 for everything. Nice and light was able to work on getting under the bar, worked on split jerk with 228. Wristbands.
