I have my BS in Dietetics. My goal with this degree was always to get into school food services which I am, I feed about 2000 kids. You won't believe how un-tapped and well paid this area can be. The bigger the school district the bigger the pay check. Lots of folks are retiring right now and there aren't enough of us to fill these jobs. The market is good and right now is the time schools are hiring for these jobs.
Oh and I should mention I'm making out better than my fellow classmates who went to do thier RD. I got my job before even applying to any RD program.
