Nutritional Sodomy

Turning this log off until I move the weekend after next and have enough order in my life to actually set some goals and work toward them.

Dinner
6 extra large stuffed crust pizzas
5 loaded chili dogs
4 hamburger helpers
3 amigos
2 Triple Baconators
1 cotton candy on a stick

What a fat ass...

Actually a few days this week were good, as I'm eating all the food out of my fridge and not shopping so I don't have to bring anything with me. (fridge at the new place won't be installed until I've been there a few days, bleh).

The next few days are shitty, and I have only gotten in a couple runs for training. I'm just focusing on the light at the end of the tunnel :)

I'm going to return to my dojo next week, and if my knee still fucks up (feels fine right now) I may be forced to re-evaluate my martial pursuits.

Fridge is finally installed in the new place, (no bathroom yet though, don't ask), shopping list for tonight:

2 dozen azuluna eggs (I'm having withdrawals)
2 1/2lb blocks of kerrygold dubliner
1-2 lbs ground meat (whatever I feel like thats pastured/etc)
3-4 little containers of skyr
~3 bags of frozen organic vegetables
1 container of organic salsa
1 gallon grass fed raw milk

I'm also planning to order 8lbs of grass fed beef bacon to store in the freezer (it's currently on special on the US Wellness Meats website for like $8.50/lb in 8lb bundles).

Already have ~2lbs frozen wild caught shrimp and 1lb raw, grass fed amish butter in a friends fridge waiting for mine to be operational.

I'm also going to buy a huge bottle of carlsons fish oil next week.

Also ordered some military duffel bags for sandbag construction, and my knee has actually improved quite a bit during all the crazy logistics of this move, so it looks like I'll be back in the dojo soon, wooha wooha!

Ok, first good meals in a while, and I'm settled enough to begin reassembling my life, nutrition/training resumes Monday. I've been sporadic with food, some good highlights from recently:

This was dinner last night and lunch today, roughly 25% for dinner, 75% will be lunch:

1lb ground bison
8oz shitake mushrooms
~2c organic broccoli
1 liberal dose of Montreal (I was having seizures from lack of montreal)

Cooked up mushrooms in ~2 tablespoons grass fed ghee, emptied them into a bowl, then cooked the bison in the same pan while steaming the broccoli. Combined and tossed the whole shebang in one large bowl. Yummy shit.

Breakfast today:

3 pastured eggs (NOT azuluna, and they were INFERIOR! (and half the price))
1oz kerrygold dubliner
1 dash montreal
~3 tablespoons organic salsa

Scrambled eggs and cheese in 1 tablespoon grass fed ghee and covered with the salsa. Also drank 1C raw, grass fed milk and swilled ~5g carlsons fish oil.

I am extremely disappointed that the local, free roaming eggs aren't as good as azuluna, but oh well, fuck em, azulunas it is.

Also got 2 army duffels in the mail, zip ties, and duct tape. Now its time to go buy ~140lbs worth of wood pellets and make me my first couple sandbags to go with my KB, and some nice training in my garage can commence. Then it's on to build the pull-up bar into the ceiling. Then, sometime over the next year, lol, to build a wooden squat cage in there ;)

Went for a run this morning and discovered just how fucking awful it is coming back from doing NOTHING physically traumatic for a few solid weeks. Fuck me.

Breakfast:

3 azuluna eggs
1oz kerrygold dubliner
~3 tablespoons organic mild salsa
1 dash montreal

~1C raw, grass fed milk

Scrambled eggs with the cheese in ~1 tablespoon grass fed ghee and covered in the salsa. Drank the milk in a drink glass, I love this shit.

~5g carlsons fish oil.

1 HUGE low carb monster at the office.

Lunch:

~2-3C macaroni salad w/wild caught sockeye salmon. Made this at home with organic artisan penne pasta, organic mayo with flax/etc that had the smallest percent soy/canola oils in it I could find, 1 huge cucumber, some salt and pepper, and 3 cans of the salmon. This will make 4 lunches.

Dinner:

1/2lb humanely raised pork loin
~3C organic broccoli

Fried up slices of the pork in a pan after slathering in montreal, ate in a bowl with the steamed broccoli.

Also got one sandbag built, 75lber, oh yes. I'm going to build a 100lber, and then get a bigger duffel and make a 125lber, good times in my garage soon.

Damn you and your read head chick... I had a naughty dream of a red head girl. Luckily I don't talk in my sleep or I probably would have been:

a) shoved of the bed
b)bitch slapped
or
c) heard the sound of my own shotgun cocking, and looking up to see that I was on the business end of it.

Not your red head chick, but she was a hottie. Lol.

Hah, yeah that broad is a goddess. I'm usually 100% for the little 5' tall waif blonds, hence my GF, but for some reason, that larger than life pale, sexy redhead gets my Conan genes flowing and all I want to do is train and conquer. If the GF wouldn't have an issue with it, I'd get a huge print of that pic ID posted yesterday and hang it in my garage. I'd need 200lb sandbags inside 2 months to keep up with the fury.

You should check out Brittany O'Connell, but I'd wait until you get home. She does teh pron.... very well.

Just looked her up, I knew I knew that name. She's been in porn for ages, I was probably spanking it to her before you were born, hahah.

Adding all these fancy names to your foods like "azuluna" or "organic" or "raw grass fed" doesnt disguise the fact that you're just a pretentious fatty.

I am in no way disguising the fact that I am a fatty. I enjoy being descriptive and accurate, for clarity.

Seeing pretentiousness in others is merely a reflection of your own self loathing, champ.

Sorry, Doc, thats not the case.

Along with mosquitoes and speedbumps, fat people who try to give nutrition advice are among my most hated pet peeves.

You qualify.

That's nice, but while I'm getting slimmer, you'll always be an ignorant fuckup. Enjoy mediocrity, kiddo.
