NYC daycare stabbing: 5 people, including 3 infants, struck in Queens

Is the title misleading?

I keep reading "day care", but doesn't that suggest that this was a licensed and regulated company?

However, it reads as if neighbors paid a woman to watch of their kids in her apartment.

Not that the media doesn't deserve some blame for the way they sensationalize shit, but you do need some factual basis before spouting off a theory like that.

Ok, show me a elementary school shooting, a Las Vegas style shooting, and a day care stabbing, or equivalent atrocitities performed in a similiar time period.

I get that we have had violent times in our past. The summer of 67 is proof of that, and how close we got from tearing down our entire system, but I understand why those bombings, and riots took place. The best explanation I have heard to explain why these incidents seem to be increasing in regularity and volume, is the media making murderers into rock stars.

I already showed you an elementary school attack from 1927, and a mass shooting from 1949. If you're looking for people who killed kids or infants, there are plenty who existed before the twentieth century:

You showed extreme incidents of violence, not the same frequency.

So you can cite a handful of cases throughout history? It certainly happens more now. I was watching something on one of these shootings. Think it was the Florida one. The parents of a murdered child had a mission. It wasn't revealed till the end. I thought it would be just another gun issue. But they want the media to stop feeding this shit. I also believe the media is culpable.

I don't think anyone ever kept stats on the true frequency of the violence. All we have is a patch-work of historical records. I will grant you that within the time from which we have been keeping track, those types of attacks have been increasing in America. However, much of the world shares our style of press, and most of those countries haven't experienced the same increase in attacks like we have.

The press definitely does have some culpability, but blaming them completely for the problem is ridiculous.

Why the hell does the US still allow this blatant scamming of the American people? Just get rid of the 14th amendment part relating to citizenship conferred by being born here or modify it to deny citizenship to children born of parents who are not US citizens.
