First judo match I ever watched. I had no idead what it was. Just saw two guys in karate suits wrestling and then one had a broken arm.

In this Olympics alone I've seen dozens of instances of posting out (sometimes using the head). No point doing it if you're not a top competitor, but if you are it seems like a perfectly viable way to nullify a throw.

Olympics, Worlds- yeah I'd post out.

Kung Pow Open (local level)- Not at all

Randori- I think you're missing the point of randori if you feel the need to post out....
