I felt a little tendinitis while doing the chin-ups, so I switched to pull-ups. But it still didn't feel great so I quit.

My daughter wants to start running, so we are going to do the beginner program from the book Daniel's Running Formula. I did this program 5 years ago, and I felt that it was pretty good. It's a 16 week program, but we decided to skip the first 4 weeks. That turned out to be a bad idea, and we did not complete the first run. On our next run we will start the program from the beginning.
