One punch knockout power.

I remember Vincent Pettway. He held a belt at 154. The guy iced prime Simon Brown, whose skull was incredibly thick. That's serious one punch KO power.

Foreman, Jackson, Hearns, Wlad.

Pacquiao was lights out at the lower weights and then lost his pop with time and moving up through the weight classes.

You questioned Tua's power because he didn't knock out Lennox, which is absolutely moronic. Lennox didn't get into a dog fight with Tua and never allowed him to get in position to land something.
No I didn’t. That is, if you understand English. Tua didn’t have the height or reach to get the fight where he wanted. He hit hard, obviously, you and your other buddy are very good at ignoring what I type and seeing what you want to cause an argument.

Either one.
Currently it's got to be Wilder for the big guys. Gervonte Davis seems to have big power too! Most the other post have the historical hard hitters. But Sam Langford has to be mentioned. A natural welterweight that use to KO heavy weights.
