The one I was most impressed by was Margo Robbie crying on cue in Babylon. If they did it with FX I don't know how.
 
Cruise in Magnolia is one of the most emotional performances ever imo and will resonate with anyone who's lost their father. I pick Gump as second favorite just because I saw it in the theatre as a kid and it made me cry.

Maybe more known for the sex in it but much of the last 45 mins of Blue is the Warmest Colour from this scene onwards...
