From a societal standpoint the deaths are not equal. The police (in theory) represent us all. Unlike some guy working at some random business in the private sector. It's also an attack on basic law & order. Those are key differences.

I don't think it's a problem, and I think a lot of people want it to be a problem, so they can fuck with the mods or claim persecution. They want mods to be a nanny that they can abuse and then go tell their parents a bullshit story about it. That sums up the WR in the last year pretty well I think. There has never been an atmosphere in the WR where mods couldn't chime in like another poster would, and call bullshit or deliver a slap. They all post the way they posted prior to modding, just a bit less frequently.

So if a city snow plow driver is killed by a truck while attempting to clear our roadways you would be willing to equate that death with the death of a cop?

It's also an attack on basic law & order. Those are key differences.

The murder or assault of any human being is an attack on law and order.

Given what you wrote, your intent seemed pretty clear. If that wasn't the case, that's fine. But you can't expect to put words like that down and not have some address it.

I posted a dig at the TS, for what I think is just another thread pointing out something bad a black person has done. Sorry if anyone falls for his bullshit, but I didn't and I don't apologize for saying it. Saying I'm racist for that post is desperately stupid. I didn't say anything about the victim or his killer.

Reading comprehension is incredibly weak in the WR which is unfortunate since that's a minimum requirement for decent discussion/debate.
