Platinum:Darren Till didn’t fight tough opponent, Donald Cerrone ‘gave up in the first round’

He's right about Donald it seemed like the whole fight week he wasn't into it

It's kinda sad because we know it's true, Cowboy could've been a champion if not for Donald.

That wasn't Platinum last night, that was Mike Perry. Platinum would have jumped the fence into that Octagon, got in Till's face, and cut the ultimate promo. Mike Perry just made faces behind the fence like a bitch.

He came off probation this year, cut the guy some slack haha :D

Yeah it wasn't "Platinum Perry" that day below here too, this one with white shorts was just "Mike Perry"

He'll be Nighty-night Perry once Till is done with him.

and Perry just fought a LW on a weeks notice making his debut. <{hughesimpress}>

So Perry kos a lw and yet wants to discredit Tills won, laughable.

When Perry beat an opponent the level of Cowboy then he can talk, but until then the can crusher should keep quiet. Till is legit and picks Perry apart

Man haters can't help but cling to that Jouban fight and gift. Fighters do IMPROVE. But imo if Perry don't get him out quick with a ko he will get battered.

Remember when Robert Whittaker was 24 and losing to Court McGee?

I like both fighters but Till would beat the shit out of Perry.

Yup. His fans think he’s invincible though. That’s normal since most MMA fans are unrealistic when it comes to their favourite fighters.

The size difference between Cerrone and Till was enormous.

You had a very large welterweight matched up with a guy who is a career lightweight. It's true that Cowboy has occasionally come out cold, but that didn't seem to be the problem here, Till was very big, athletic and well trained.

Cowboy was right to try and take him down, he just doesn't have the wrestling chops to get someone that size to the mat.

If Perry is able to torch Ponz, I don't think he fights Till, I think he asks for a big name opponent.

Good thing for Till is that.. he is becoming a big name guy. One more impressive win over some big name and he is up there.

Did you miss his fight against Danny Roberts?

Did you miss that Liverpool isn't Manchester? And that Danny Roberts is from London?

On the subject of London and Liverpool and with your av, North London 9, Liverpool 3 a good day to be a Londoner and not a scouser (or a supporter of one of their teams).
