PS4 COD WW2 "An update is required. You must be signed in..."

I'm fucking pissed. I'm ready to play COD WW2 and I get a NOTICE message saying "An update is required. You must be signed in to Playstation network and accept the update to play COD WWII."

How the hell do I do that? I've never played online and have no intention to.

Or even updated the PS4 firmware?

Nope. I bit the bullet and registered for PSO, went back into the game, and am getting the same message. WTF

You'll have to update more than likely, but it is easy...

I think some of these games have separate logins you have to create in addition to PSN.

If your still running the firmware version that you got with the console then it needs updating. Most big games now have to run on the latest up to date firmware of the console.
