was thinking about doing psmf for 2 weeks. I'm 5'7-8 (depending on ruler) 174lbs and 12% body fat (18 years old) never tried psmf before but I did do keto. would psmf be the best option to just go from 12% bf to 10% at a quick pace and then just maintain my diet there until I want to cut again. also I train about 12-14 hrs a week of MMA and 5 hrs of weight training. my TDEE is about 4000 calories ( I tested this by maintaining around the same weight while eating around that many). so I know that psmf would basically just keep me at around 1200 cals per day ( my weight in lbs + 50 % = grams in protein --> 270g x4 = 1050 +150 cals from veggies and other sources ) i.e 10 calorie diet Snapple. has anyone even attempted to do this diet with about 20 hrs of training / week. I've been on a standard cut and went from 20% body fat to about 12% and been on this cut for 3 1/2 months. I could continue doing this weight loss slowly but, I need to be around 8% or lower by April 22nd. ( photoshoot) figured this would be a REALLY good boost.
