that sucks dude. its by time served here. in five more years i get basically five days/mo. i have more vacation i could ever need. They let you carry 240 hrs (30 days of vacay) over max, but if you arent using it they take it. lots of ppl take 3 day work weeks for like a month straight lmao

I literally haven't had a "true" vacation in almost a decade. I'll take a couple days off every year to go to a music festival but that's the extent of my "Vacation" being used for vacation.
