Recent fights/results/news from Kickboxers-MT fighters in Boxing

LOL, in that case I wonder why people even do KB instead of just jumping into boxing.

Because there is less money in KB there is also less elite competitors in each division so it's easier to get to the top in KB than in Boxing. So if you're a talented kickboxer you might want to stick to it and get to the top, as opposed to going to Boxing and not going anywhere there.

You also have to keep in mind that not every kickboxer would do well in Boxing, and usually it's the ones who already have good hands in KB who make the transition.

-Kongolo fought twice last december against Milosav Savic and Geard Ajetovic, both journeymans, Defeated both and climbed to 13-1

- Gogokhia haves a scheduled fight in Feb 2 on the Kovalev vs Eleider Alvarez 2 undercard, the opponent is Victor Jones Freitas 15-3 9KO-TKO (Nephew of one of the best Brazillian boxers Acelino "Popó" Freitas")

- Spong fought last month against tough prospect Ytalo Perea

- Jarrel miller challenged Joshua since Wilder and Fury are not going anywhere before their rematch, he haves a fight scheduled to next week on MSG, he is starting to gain good popularity due the trashtalk he is inflicting on Joshua.

- Lipinets is scheduled to fight the tough Lamont Peterson on March 23

the former US kickboxer Xavier Vigney is having his 4th boxing fight against a can in mexico this january 26

I wonder how much Spong is making in boxing. It cant be more than 20-30k per fight right?

It is so weird seeing former top kickboxers featuring as a first fight in prelim card.

Also just realize Gogokhia just fought at 140 pound division. Crazy to see he lost that much mass and cut so much weight.

Might actually go to that one.

lucky european, meanwhile im waiting april to watch wgp 54 live since im going to be at the city event at the time,Paulo Tebar vs Jordan Kranio is a fight that worth to watch live

Tank Davis VS Tenshin is next on Rizin Yokohama card, this April.

Good to see Tenshin is taking Akiyama's route of failing upward to the top of boxing world lol

Gervonta Davis is 21-0 with 20 knockouts and is a two-time world champion at 130 pounds.
It is pretty much a consensus that the only guy who could be him around his weight class in Lomachenko.

LOL WTF

He'll get KO'd again. Tenshin should build a real boxing record, not just fighting these top guys in exhibition fights.

Tenshin got embarrassed so badly by Floyd that people thought the fight was fixed, and Floyd (imo) is not at the elite level anymore. I can't imagine Davis having a harder time than he did

Miller is going to fight Joshua in june 1st in US

big purse incoming, lucky guy :)

Paulo tebar debuted in boxing december last year

http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/860670

will be fighting Kickboxing and boxing now
-------------------

he also said that there isnt anything confirmed but he is willing to fight on glory, especially if he wins his title fight on wgp in april, at 65kg division.

Satanmuanglek fighting Kyoguchi for the light flyweight title in Japan. Don't see that going too well.

Ya probably wont go well for him, but if he puts in a half-decent performance against the lineal champ it would be really impressive.

Super MW is now at its shallowest state in years but still that is pretty cool.

Edit Jesus Christ his mom just got shot dead by the police.
