Did polka dots fall to the ground on their own volition, or as a result of white's action?

If white can't continue, should polka dots get the win for the suplex attempt? Obviously non-scoring, but white also failed to perform the proper ukemi...

I say polka dots was tori in this case. On a closer viewing, I think it may be more of a yoko wakare attempt rather than ura nage. I think you can count that as white head diving, in which case polka dots wins by ippon.

see, the double whizzer thing kinda threw me because i assume most yoko wakare/lat drops are done with over/unders
