Does anyone have experience with RevGear sparring gloves? I need a new pair that won’t break the bank. A lot of guys at my gym use RevGear, but I don’t have any personal experience with them. I was also looking at Rival. I appreciate any thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Between Revgear and Rival, I would go with Rival. Revgear are a bit too heavy due to the gel padding.

The padding on Rival sparring gloves is just perfect imo.

I've been punched with RevGear gloves a lot. They feel good

My understanding is that RevGear gloves are generally low quality Pakistani clones.

Rival gloves are made in China but the higher-end ones are pretty well-regarded.

I personally would never purchase RevGear over Rival.

I've seen a lot of new students start out with Revgear and it's a "you get what you pay for" situation IMO. Seem to be fairly cheaply made and don't last incredibly long.

Sacrifice spending money on other shit and get a quality glove its gonna last you much longer and you are going to enjoy it much better.

Thanks guys, I found a good deal on some Fairtex and went with those.
