This is the best wrestling music video ever. This is Flair in his prime. The song sounds like it was written about the business! "It's not so pretty when it fades away cause it's just an illusion in this passion play."
"You forget I've seen you work before
Take 'em straight to the top
Leave 'em cryin' for more
I've seen you burn 'em before
Chorus
Movin' in for the kill tonight
You've got every advantage when they out out the lights
But its not so pretty when it fades away
"Cause it's just an illusion in this passion play
I've seen you burn 'em before
Chorus
So you think you've got it all figured out
You're an expert in the field without a doubt
But i know your methods inside and out
And I won't be taken in by fire and ice"
I'll argue that Flair's prime year for being at the very top of his game in all aspects was 1986. I'm talking promos, in ring, cosmetically, matches, drawing power (a summer of Great American bash stadium shows), the complete package.
This St. Louis Wrestling highlight was a few years before that time.
