Ring to Cage C-17 v2.0

So he did exchange them for a new pair. Like I said this is the second time I am exchanging these gloves in 3 months. Moshin told me the gloves are covered with warranty for 5 months and that's from the original purchase, not every new pair.

Everyone raves about the customer service at Ring to Cage. It's been very good but I wouldn't say outstanding. Especially this second time returning these gloves he just didn't seem to be all that happy about helping me. Kinda made me feel like I was being a pain in the ass but the product failed, it should be replaced. I have had other gloves for years without this problem.

Also the turn around on the first exchange was very fast. This time my return was delivered Friday and now it's nearly the end of the day Tuesday and I haven't heard anything from Ring to Cage.

how did you get a hold of him?

did you leave message? i have the same problem.
 
Called him to talk about the return. Then just emailed to let him know it had been delivered.
