regarding Tenshin vs. K1 Fighters from the RISE press conference and as to why Tenshin vs Takeru hasn't happened yet.
Taiga ( and all Try Hard gym fighters ) are longer under the K1 banner over that contract dispute, so Tenshin vs Taiga might happen down the line.
