One of the best fights that could be made in WMMA. With Hamasaki moving up it decides the #1 Atomweight

As I already gushed on the Women's Division thread, I am really stocked about the matchup between Ham and Frey :)

Didn't realize this is a XX card when I saw the pic first. Really cool also... Are there legal & easy ways to get Road cards? (I don't for the life of me remember how I watched the last Ham fight, I did, but no idea how)

They stream and keep all of their events on their YouTube channel for free. They also stream on FiteTV

I am really feeling the itch to travel for this fight.

I commented on her Instagram post, and gave a few tips:
1. Study up on their rules and scoring system. No elbows in Road, and they don't use the 10 point must. They use an "infinite scoring" system that accumulates each round, and awards offense and aggression, while defense gets just about nothing. Also, they have a card system.
2. If she gets a walkout shirt made, leave space for the big Xiaomi sponsor sticker they make everyone put on. Otherwise, something will get covered up.
3. If/when she wins, keep an eye on Jeong Eun Park who is also likely to fight that night. If she wins, likely to be the next title challenger.

Jinh responded that there are definitely a lot of new rules to study. She also remarked that they wanted her to face Park back in March, but she took the Morandin fight instead :-\

Wonder if they can organize a Super Fight between the Super-Atom grand prix winner and the winner of this.

While I like some of the fighters involved in that tournament, only one has been impressive so far, and that's exactly how Rizin wants it.

Doubtful, both would want the fight to happen in their org.

I thought all of the opening round winners impressed other than Rivera. RENA was RENA, Kanna looked much physically stronger than before, and Oliveira looked crisp at range with her low kicks and showed some solid tdd

Very true. Promotions never want to risk a champion losing somewhere else.

I think Kanna has the highest ceiling, and she's faced the more diverse opponents of the fighters remaining. Rena hasn't been tested yet, and probably won't be for a long time, if ever. Oliveira is still a question mark, like most prospects from Brazil.

Looks like the prelims for this event will be "Part 1" instead of Young Guns like the last XX card.

Announced for part 1:

No date set but with the pace they are going at it should finish up some time between May and July, assuming all rounds are being held on separate events.
