Ok, I slipped a bit on the logging, but I have been getting some training in. Here's today's work:

Squats: 405 x 3
Unilateral DB OHP 55 x 8
Bent - over lateral raises 30's x 12
4 sets 1 to 2 minutes between
 
DL - 455 x 5
Bench - 240 x 5
DB Row - 130 x 10/ arm
3 sets***

Actually I missed the last rep on bench, so I did an extra set: 235 x 6

Finished with a couple rounds on the heavy bag, but my shoulders weren't having any more of that so I called it a day.
