Senate Judiciary: Jared Kushner not forthcoming about communications about WikiLeaks, Russians

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and ranking member Dianne Feinstein said Thursday that Jared Kusnher was not forthcoming to the committee about his communications with WikiLeaks and Russia.

According to Grassley, an Iowa Republican, and Feinstein, a California Democrat, sent a letter to Kushner's attorney saying President Trump’s son-in-law and adviser received and forwarded emails about WikiLeaks during the presidential campaign in 2016, but Kushner has kept those documents from their committee’s investigators.

Kushner seems like the more competent one if anyone was dealing with them. Wikileaks just chose the dumbest one (Don Jnr) to make first contact with.

PS I'm fully aware Hillary did the same shit concerning the e-mail scandal. IMO any politician who pulls this crap should immediately lose their standing. I mean if they can't remember when they could have possibly broken the law, what CAN they remember..

The Trump admin should all get big tattoos of the words "DON'T RECALL" in olde english lettering across thier backs. The Don't Recall Set runs the block yo.
 
NYTimes reporting Flynn may have flipped and now cooperating with Mueller.
 
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Lawyers for Michael Flynn, President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser, have told Trump's legal team they can no longer discuss the probe by a special counsel, indicating Flynn may be cooperating with the investigation, the New York Times reported on Thursday.

Flynn's lawyer and a spokesman for Special Counsel Robert Mueller did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment on the Thanksgiving holiday. A representative for Trump's legal team could not immediately be reached for comment.

Flynn is a central figure in a federal probe led by Mueller into whether Trump aides colluded with Russia to boost his 2016 presidential campaign. Russia has denied interfering in the U.S. election and Trump has said there was no collusion.

The Times reported that Flynn’s lawyers had been sharing information with Trump’s legal team about the Mueller investigation.

Citing four people involved in the case, the newspaper reported the cooperation agreement had ended, although adding that in itself did not prove Flynn was cooperating with Mueller.

Flynn served 24 days as Trump's national security adviser but was fired after it was discovered he had misrepresented his contacts with a Russian diplomat to Vice President Michael Pence.

I think the guilty plea relating to contacts with Russians and indictments of his campaign staff was the last moment you could really think this was a nothingburger.

I could respect it if you were now in the 'wait and see' camp but having faith in his and his campaigns innocence and pledging full support would really make you as a bit of a cultist.
