Saw this story recently. Student expelled after being accused of rape. Video evidence on his side.

Yes it had

“Despite my case being dismissed [by a criminal court] … [the OED] still went ahead and found me responsible, which is quite preposterous and very disappointing,” Premjee said."

I misunderstood that. I thought he was expelled, then proved to be innocent. That's dumb then, he should sue.

He seems like a well put together kid and good for him that the evidence supported his case. It seems pretty clear cut that she willingly had sex with him and then perhaps had buyers remorse. At least that is what all the evidence shows.

https://dailytrojan.com/2018/03/29/oed-finds-student-responsible-for-policy-violations/

This student is out with this girl who was making out with him and such. The video evidence shows that she willingly took him back to her room and even made sexual gestures at her friend in regards to her intentions. From what I can gather in the story she claims she did not consent and since they were both drunk (according to what I read) I believe she thinks she did not give consent because she was too drunk to do so. That seems to be logically what is going on here since the video clearly shows her intentions. She was all over him at the bar and then takes him back to her room. Now I guess it's not out of the realm of possibility that she could have been raped at that point but there isn't any evidence that is what happened.

Then there is what happened after the incident. Apparently she isn't the one who reported him. Her roommates did that and she says she had no intention of doing so. She says in one of the articles about this that she wouldn't want him to go to jail for what he allegedly did that night. But she is also happy that The Office of Equity and Diversity is still finding him responsible (don't know why) which resulted in him being expelled from school. That just doesn't make sense to me. When it comes to rape either a guy did it or he didn't. If he did then he should be charged for it and go to jail. If he didn't do it and is vindicated (which a judge found this guy not guilty) then he should get no repercussions at all.

I just read this story and might not have the details perfect. I don't know for sure exactly what happened. I will say that in cases where a girl chooses to have sex drunk and then regrets it she should not be allowed to then call that rape. That is retarded and should not be happening. Rapists need to be caught every time. It is just as big a problem if a false accusation happens which messes up the life of an innocent person. We should have laws and rules that catch the real criminals here and protect people from false accusations. I don't understand why this college chose to expel this guy after a judge ruled in his favor.

AND THIS is why Men are staying away from Women. Because of shit like this. #WatchPornIt'sSafer

Yeah, this came up in my feed today, too. If YouTube is somehow tapped into the fact that I frequent Sherdog, and this thread is trending on Sherdog, and predicted my interest based on those two things, I'm truly terrified. I hope it was as simple as us having similar view logs with regard to concern for men's rights (sorry, Rogan, your latest standup was fucking brilliant, but your dismissal of concern for this issue was the only wide miss).

The obvious has already been stated so from another angle I’d say maybe the school doesn’t deserve him and should refund his tuition?

WR personal confession time. Judge me. Hate me if you must. This story isn't pretty. But in this new era of #metoo I finally have to get it off my chest.

I have had several "consensual" sexual encounters with women... who I was actually raping.

But I was raping them without their knowledge. As they were under the impression that they had consented to the sex. But in my mind I was raping the living hell out of them. You have no idea. It was vicious. There was no mercy shown.

I have considered the possibility of contacting these women again now, so many years later, and asking forgiveness for having withheld this information from them at the time. But I fear they may press charges. I'm sure they would not have consented to the sex had they known I was raping them in my mind. (And I mean it was a hard, dirty, prison-level rape I was inflicting on these poor, clueless girls. I can't stress enough just how brutal it was.)

May the MeToo God have mercy on my perverted soul.

False rape accusations need to be punished as harshly as a rape would be.

her friend is attempting the rare post sex cawkblock

Remember in early 2017 when we were sounding the alarm about Trump's administration getting rid of those pesky consumer privacy laws as a precursor to repealing Net Neutrality?

This is literally that. Your ISP can legally collect and sell your information to anyone who pays enough, but especially advertisers. That also applies to your cell phone btw. This is why they hate VPNs so much.

You were so worried about Facebook, I thought you'd be on top of this one.

If he legitimately raped her I find it odd that she didn't accuse him herself and THEN said she didn't want him to go to jail at all.

“I couldn’t have possibly gave consent, but I personally feel like he shouldn’t go to jail for something like this,” she said. “I don’t want to feel guilty for something like that.”
I could't possibly give consent?

Alright then...each time I ever blacked out and done anything stupid....I should be excuse from having any responsibility.

She was aggressive as fuck and was still walking/interacting like a normal drunk person......People don't automatically know you are blacked out or not, specially when you are acting like a horny drunk individual.

Also....He was drunk as well......He knew even less that she was "blacked out".

It's not as if she was passing out in a corner, and this guy literally carried her blacked out ass out of there to fuck her.

Fuck that fucking bitch.

It's worse. Youtube knows you're a mod and is trying to guide you here to oversee the topic. *puts on tinfoil hat.

Indeed, I'm already aware of this, and these potential avenues is precisely what I'm highlighting. Even assuming this was true, which it isn't, it would demonstrate astonishing coordination, and intuition.

But it's not. First, it would violate my ISP's privacy policy. Second, this thread was posted at 2AM today. That's not a realistic timeline for Alphabet and both our ISPs to have agreed to a package for this particular history.

Bruh, all this stuff would have been long since coordinated lol. Check this out, it's the background to the hidden Google-Mastercard coordination deal to basically map your credit card purchases to ad campaigns. This isn't even getting into already existing third party advertisers (who aggregate information across multiple domains) and sales of metadata.

If there's one thing getting into InfoSec has taught me, it's that it's always worse than you think. Always. That's the whole reason I have a job.

I'm aware of how intrusive they have become, and have been sounding the alarm for the past several years, but this is content, not advertisement, and again isn't directly relevant to the specific coincidence I've observed in this thread.

I don't need to be convinced of that, but this is a terribly cynical outlook for someone who liked this OP.

<TrumpWrong1>

Warranted cynicism, Mick. Warranted. Good try though.

The girl should serve the same sentence as a rape charge for her false accusations.
She should be expelled from USC
from the sounds of it, the girl didnt accuse him of rape.

im having a hard time finding where the accusation comes from..

the 'victim' states "A lot of people think I was the one who forced, who wrongly accused him of something he didn’t do, when I didn’t accuse anyone of anything in the first place."

An early report on the case states "University officials could not provide details about who reported the incident". no subsequent articles that i've seen have the this info, other than to say the 'victim' was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning, and the accused was arrested shortly after.

Maybe I should start getting on that app idea of a digital consensual sex contract that you sign with whatever version of a digital ID that's available in that country.

I can't think of any more exciting foreplay than (digital) paper work!

So he had the great plan of raping someone and gave his ID and signed in with his real name at her dorm?

This is why if you're going to bang randos, you should really give them a fake name.
