Science is ready to make men pregnant, fertility expert claims

The tech was first developed to help infertile women give birth and so far that seems to be what its been used for so if anything its good for women. This guy in the OP is talking about the hypothetical scenario of using it on FtM trannies but so far in practice its been used by women.

I dont think anyone has a problem with technology that can help a woman get pregnant. Its the use of said technologies being used for "male pregnancies"

Female to male but still wants to get pregnant. Someone is being a little dishonest there. This is what happens when you entertain the whims of crazy people.

I meant MtF

No one has a problem with this being used for its original purpose. But seriously mentally ill people should not have their insanity pandered to, especially not by the medical profession. Seriously mentally ill people should also not be raising kids.

Women getting pregnant is natural. Helping women get pregnant is fulfilling a natural need of a woman.

A man getting pregnant is unnatural. Men are not supposed to get pregnant because they are suppose to be men.
Men boning men in the anus and men turning into women or women turning into men are natural doe.

Maybe if they can find a way to give us periods and menopause they will finally stop complaining.

These kids will be born from a biological man. This is not natural, and they will not be as healthy as normal kids. And this is so messed up. The LGBTQ agenda has gone way too far.
I am starting to legit think you are a Russian bot.

I tend to take a, "This does not affect me and is none of my business" approach to these types of things.

Here is the first preview I found rip

Lol.

What is the problem with something like this? As the OP notes the first time this was used was for a woman who was born without a uterus. If this helps infertile women give birth isn't that a good thing?

Or is it bad because "s-science gone too far!"?

None of them gave a shit about the science in the article, they heard something about trannies and immediately this article became "BREAKING: Liberals now able to make trannies pregnant! Will start building army of gay kids tomorrow....."

See.

Lol.

If men have babies, then consequences will never be the same.

Ya done goofed, science.

i bet rip and trt's worst nightmare would be a Black atheist male having a mixed race baby that turns out to be gay :)

In their defense the article that OP uses as a source also emphasizes the trans angle
the fact that they are crazy still applies.
I agree, just saying this medical breakthrough has implications beyond them. A couple of trannies getting pregnant is a good trade off if some women with legitimate infertility can give birth IMO.

If they read and understood it they would have seen a hypothetical thought on a procedure that doesn't actually exist(pregnancy in a man). They jumped right to "when these tranny babies come out" for a reason.

Men could get pregnant as early as “tomorrow” due to huge leaps in the transplantation of wombs, according to the outgoing president of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Richard Paulson told the society’s annual meeting in San Antonio, Texas that there was no anatomical reason why a womb could not be successfully implanted into a transgender woman.

“You could do it tomorrow,” he reportedly said in his address. “There would be additional challenges, but I don’t see any obvious problem that would preclude it,” he added, emphasizing that it was still a very complicated procedure.

While Paulson insisted there was plenty of room for a uterus to be transplanted into the male body, a natural birth would not be possible. An IVF embryo would have to be implanted and a cesarean operation would be necessary to deliver a baby.

It’s also likely that hormones would have to be administered to the patient to replicate the changes that happen during pregnancy, according to Paulson.

“I personally suspect there are going to be trans women who are going to want to have a uterus and will likely get the transplant,” he said of the procedure.

The first successful womb transplant baby was born in 2014 after a 36-year-old woman, who was born without a uterus, received a donated womb from a friend in her 60s. Eight children have now been born worldwide following uterus transplants.

The conference also highlighted the lack of awareness around fertility preservation for transgender patients, noting that very few gender reassignment patients receive fertility preservation treatments prior to transitioning.

A recent survey of 20 transgender men found that none of them had undergone egg retrieval and freezing for fertility preservation.

Rest at (trigger warning)

I do not know how to think on this. So conservatives shouldn't we be happy that men are now on par with women when it comes to child rights? Don't conservatives feel the system is skewed against men in custody battles ?
