0700- Squadron pt. Running around the gym, then bodyweight stuff.
(2 laps around the gym, then some type of exercise.) Like 8 times I think.

5 Minute Walk. Counted from dorm to track by crossfit gym.

It was a nice day today, so ran on the track. I wanted to see what it felt like to run for distance rather than time. I seem to not have ran as far, if what Tuesday's numbers say are correct. Total workout took about 20 minutes, not including warm up.
 
All day walking. Will do some rolling and the 3rd run of Week 2 of Couch to 5k tomorrow.

Ran more than I would have if I ran the distance specified. Tomorrow is Squadron pt buyout day, so I guess I will run for distance tomorrow. See how that is on the treadmill and see how much time in total it takes.

Also, since I have my car now, I can easily go to the big gym and use the treadmills in the morning. Guess I will do my running in the morning. With that, won't be lifting anymore for the foreseeable future with this and going back home will leave me gym weightless.

Might be a good thing, not sure as to my push up and sit up numbers at the moment. I'm about 3 months out from pt testing and am really working on getting above a 90.

Thanks for the like. I'm in the Air Force, so I need to pass the pt test. I'm not in danger of failing it by any means, just would like to improve in all components by the time in take in, probably in August. Working on the 5k plan so doing the pt test will be a breeze.

Want to run 1.5 miles in under 11 minutes.
Want to do over 50 push ups and 50 sit ups in 1 minute.

Need to more often. My weight has remained consistent for 2 weeks. Going to run tomorrow, nothing crazy though. Going to bump it up to 5 days next week, 3 plan days, 2 days long slow distance, not really sure what I want to do on these extra days. Two weeks before I go back, so let's see how much I can lose from now to then.
