Is this true that its easier to dead lift if you have shorter arms or is this a myth?
I'm curious to know where you came across this myth.
Long arms and short legs would minimize the range of motion, which would make the lift 'easier.' How to measure this, I don't have a clue, just bro-science.

Torso length is also a factor.more important the arm length would be arm length to leg length ratio. Being built like a gorilla with long arms and short ass legs would be optimal for deadlift shortening your range of motion
