I'm 1m65 (53kg) and my hands pretty small, so can I use 12 oz winning for sparring ?

I wouldn't mind if you were using 12oz winnings to spar at that weight. How hard do you guys typically go when you spar? Is it more technical and light or is it "someone has to bleed" type sparring?

Ask your coach, or failing that, the folk you spar with. They're the only ones really who can answer accurately for you.

I'm 175 and used 10's for ages for sparring (I was the only person under cruiserweight at my gym at the time) now I wear 14 or 16's but honestly I don't think it matters much. As long as you're not trying to KO everyone who cares. I know I pull my punches well (so well that I sometimes do it in fights because I feel bad if I'm outclassing my opponent -_-), so as long as you pull your punches a bit and don't load them up you're fine.

I'm 1,82 and we use 12 oz for (light) sparring. Use to vary from gym to gym.

AS @Woldog said, as long as you turn down your power you and your partnerl be fine.
