Decided I need help with my diet, so decided to set up this log. Advice/tips greatly appreciated.

August 18 2012

Breakfast(10:46 a.m.)

2 cups oatmeal
2 slices toast with Polamer Stawberry Jam
1 serving of whey protein

Lunch(2:00 p.m.)

2 chicken breasts w/sweet potatoes
Edamame Salad with hummus
1 glass of water

Mid Afternoon Snack(4:30)
1 Clif Bar
1 bottle of water

Second Afternoon Snack(7:15)
Turkey and Cheese Sandwich
1 bottle of water

Dinner
1.5 lbs of Ziti
2 chicken breasts
1 .5 servins of tomato sauce
2 glasses of water

Eating 5-6 times has been pretty much debunked, maybe replace snack calories with more meat/eggs for breakfast?

Just because you can reach the same goal through two different roads doesn't mean that either road is anymore valid or invalid than the other.
 
True, but that was a suggestion - just throwing an option for TS to consider.

Eating frequently always made me extremely hungry.
