So Steve Bannon said in an interview recently that he believes there is only about a 30% chance Trump finishes his 1st term.
He says this because of the 25th Amendment which allows congress to remove a sitting president under certain circumstances.
Also, if the vice president "and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide" make a "written declaration that the president is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the vice president shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as acting president."
According to Bannon when he presented this scenario to Trump of removing him via the 25th Amendment, Trump not surprisingly said, "What's that?".
It appears that the rest of the world is catching up to what most liberals have known all along. Trump is extremely petulant, unstable and the white house is increasingly chaotic. Thank goodness we have cabinet members such as Tillerson, Kelly and a couple others to keep Trump from fully going off the deep end.
