Strength programs for gaining muscle mass?

I'm actually out of shape rn, trying to get back in shape and get stronger and heavier, so what are some strength programs to help gain muscle mass? I was suppose to have a fight this year but shit went wrong, so my new years roslution is to get back into shape (into better shape) and have my fight this year. I'm slowly getting back into the routine though.

Gaining mass will largely come down to diet, not the program you choose.

Oh ok i knew the diet part i thought that the strength program might play a factor.

starting strength or stronglifts are popular beginner routines.
stick to your chosen routine untill you stall.
don't overeat like a moron. 500 calorie surplus a day is plenty.
