Tension headaches are the fucking worst

I woke up this morning around 630am with a huge migraine on the right side of my head, closer to my right eye, I tried applying pressure points on my hand to stop the blood flow, it barely help.

I used to get something called Ice Pick headaches. That was atrocious, but I haven’t had any for over 5 years now.

I get what my doctor calls "mixed-tension migraines." Sometimes they respond to migraine medication, sometimes they respond to tension headache medication, sometimes neither.
