I almost feel like this is a parody channel. That last vid and this one combine.

But I'll bite:
That ankle kick looks like a regular sweep. But I guess you can kick harder and try to hurt the guy but that ankle bone looks like it would hurt. Kicking the ankle bone with instep would break your own foot before it break that ankle bone.
