The Hard Right Is Hypocritical to the Core, And I Can Prove It in One Sentence

Sorry, but that was Socialist Big Government Barry's fault.

obama didnt believe in private property either ?

Find a different word to use as that one doesnt mean what you think it does and you are being ignorant . Twice in the same thread now even though you have been corrected

Oh, so with full control of federal government at all levels for the past two years the GOP has finally gotten a handle on the national debt.

*Phew*

Thank goodness. I was worried there for a minute.
Anyone who supported Obama doesn't get to complain about the national debt.

I suppose someone could, but no one would take that person seriously.

An Obama supporter complaining about the national debt would be like Dick Cheney calling someone a War Monger.

It's absurd on the face of it.

Also, the Republican party has standard bearers like Rand Paul who are constantly holding up legislation in attempts to reduce the debt and the deficit. Can you name me a consistent debt and deficit hawk in the Democratic party that will actually hold up legislation over the matter when their party is in power?

Just curious, were liberals on this forum calling Obama out during his 2 terms for running up the national debt?
Try to use your reading comprehension rip. Which party runs as the party of fiscal responsibility?

More than likely because we were having an economic meltdown and we had to spend some money to get the shit back to shoe level

Not the informed ones that can understand why the national debt was rising.

And nice deflection. Are you simply unable to face hard truths about your tribe?

So many liberal jimmies rustled, I can't even keep up with the alerts. Time for another war room purge!

This post utterly stupid and completely ignores the differences of opinion between the two parties on what we should be spending our resources on.

Do you really have trouble understanding that liberals might be ok with tax dollars going towards something like college educations or healthcare instead of cutting taxes on the wealthy?

Before you spout out nonsense, we got it, you disagree. But you're not even making an attempt to understand people with opposing views. That plus your terrible error on why the debt rose during Obama's presidency is why people can't take YOU seriously.

Oh, Paul is the Republican Standard bearer on spending? That's why he got so much party support when he tried to filibuster the spending bill, right?

Publicly, the Republican leadership seemed authentically peeved at Paul for his stunt. South Dakota Senator John Thune and Texas Senator John Cornyn each called it a “waste of time.”

“He’s tilting at windmills. Don Quixote, you know,” Alabama Senator Richard Shelby said.

This must be the other Republican party that I am thinking about.

Can you name me someone as constantly ignored by his own party as Paul?

A: I'm not Jonny. You're going to have take a bit more time when you compose your posts, otherwise sloppy mishaps like this happen.

B: You dodged my question:

I already know you'll do all you can to avoid answering this question, because you already know the answer.

In other words, borrow more money to get out of debt?

You do what you have to do Mr Mac and I think you know that.

Also back to your guy team and tribe

If those damn deficits are so important why are they going up right now this second with your party in power of everything ?

Like I said earlier, I am not a Republican. I am Center/Right. Get your head out of the gutter Chris.

Cool point... except it's a lie.

Debt went up 68% under Obama. At least he has the worst recession in history as an excuse.

The debt went up 101% under George W. Bush.

No president has done more to cut debt than Obama (through the ACA, primarily, but also the partial repeal of the Bush cuts). And Bush's debt-increasing measures lasted beyond his presidency (partly repealed late in Obama's term). It makes no sense to evaluate a president's contribution to debt by looking at what happened during their term. Trump's cuts will probably do more than Bush's to increase debt, though they'll have to be repealed at some point.

So that's your defense of your party?
