Really mucked up something in my left calf/hamstring the other day, didn't think it was that bad until I did some hamstring curls, really painful. Found that pain was greater during dorsiflexion, so avoided that. Just wanted to get some blood flowing, so did the lightest setting for 20's, slowly. Felt a lot better by the end.
