Not sure if this is manly but I work with kids between the ages of 5-12 as an activity leader. When I lead an activity and the boys hurt themselves I yell at them "Suck it up butter cup!!" or tell them "I'm sorry you've got an owie princess, do you want a band aide?" cause being incensitive and yelling at them builds character. I'm making sure this next generation isnt gonna be all pussified like the previous.
