Thanks, I'd like to think so. I put on a load of weight at Christmas, going back up to 100kg, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't muscle. I'm back down to 94kg now after paying attention to my diet again.

Do you find that the heavy grips help you carry more milk when you're out delivering?
 
I don't know, not so many people get their milk delivered anymore, so I rarely have to carry that many bottles, bloody supermarkets putting us out of business.

The difference between my HG200 and the HG250 is huge.
 
Today was meant to be squats, but my knees were playing up again, which is common after my nightshifts due to sitting down for long periods of time.
I got to 3 reps at 132.5kg and decided to call it there. If my knees feel better over the weekend I'll get the squats done then.

So, anyway, I did a fair amount of other stuff:
