Didn't have alot of time so i thought i would get a quick workout in before having to go to the girlfriends grandparents' 50th anniversary. I think the entire workout lasted about 45 mins.

Ate a pizza then feel asleep on the couch for 2.5 hours, usually a good indication my workout will suck, still got my minimum goal but overall should have been able to do more. Volume after my max set was where i really noticed how lack luster my lifting was.

Why do you have a 65lb bench PR you're gonna pull out of your ass? My 1 rep max is projected to be 296, couple more weeks 300 should be a sure thing and we both know bench is the key to this comp seeing how we both suck balls at it.
 
Have you been spending too much time picking out an engagement ring to get a lifting session in?
 
No, that didn't take long. Got a promotion at work so been busy with that and training. Soon i'll have to interview people for my old role and train them.
