The DOMS, ugh. Meant to do a little conditioning yesterday, didn't, and now paying a small price for it.

Starting to cut for the summer today. Current weight 150.

Uneven pushups- 4x25
Dumbbell chest presses (on a mat)- 4x30 (w/25lb dumbbells)

shoulder flys- 4x15
bent over flys (for rear delts)- 4x15

Jump rope (the handles have 1lb on each side) 7 minutes, non stop. Start with 30 seconds of normal, then 30 seconds of very fast jumping, repeat until 7 minutes are up.

5x9 Pullups

I'm 6'3" 175 and I have a pretty small upper body. I've been doing these exercises for a little while and I notice a difference over when I started. I could barely do 5x4 pull ups when I started.

Monday i did about 2.5 hours worth of sawing tree trunks in half. A chainsaw could have been easier, but i wanted to make a workout out of it. So i used a handsaw instead.
 
^ that sounds like quite a workout.

Good thread...not sure if im "old" yet at 32 but I'm not young.
Ive been doing this 3-4 times a week:

Each move is done for 40 seconds str8

Pushups
Pullups
Lunges

Minute break then repeat.

1 leg db deadlift
alt shoulder press
Db squats

Db rows
Dips
Curls

Again..each is done 40 sec for 2 sets
 
Some more trunk sawing today.

Started at around 10:30am to 12:30pm (with a few breaks in between). Then i did it again from 1-3pm (with breaks in between). I am pretty damn tired.

here are the bad mothas i'm sawing down.

5 gallon jug for reference.


Also managed to find some smaller pieces, so i cut them as well.

 
down 10lbs this month.

did the elliptical for 30 minutes last night and the night before.
