Quite sore! But Eric brown says I need to squat more so squat more I will.

Some warm ups my work sets at 75kg
I wanted to go 3x3 but wow did they take it out if me. I got to the second of second and was gone.

Hip flexor was so tight today so I couldn't OHS and snatch as planned

Do you do any kind of warmup/prehab stuff for your shoulders before benching?

Oh hey jaunty - I used to do rotator cuff work but it don't make a difference

When I warm up I'll do some work with the stick, press the bar 10 times. 5x30, 5x40, then into work sets
