Zoumana Cisse is 12-2 and he's a really terrying guy , he loss his last fight but i wonder why this guy never really fight for a major organisation as the UFC

He doesn't look very terrifying. He is just Windmilling. Any fighter with half decent boxing would pick him apart. His stand up is pretty shocking, he's just got heavy hands and fighting poor fighters.

Cisse looks like he has pretty good aggressive striking, good judo, and i assume a semi decent ground game.
