420lbs deadlift at 170lbs BW. Just 5lbs under 2.5x BW lol.

160lb SOHP, made a while back for the comp.

225x2 on Bench.
285x2 Squat.
It was a nice week. Looking forward to six plates on Squat.
 
Hit 210 for 3 reps on bench yesterday! Not bad for me considering my 1rm "is" 215 heh. :D

And yes, my bench is horribly depressing compared to my squat/dl :(

Although it is technically six plates, most people would call it 3-plates. To most, six plates = 585 (6 plates a side).
